Very much part of our Parish during the Second World War and for a few years after was Annat Village, set up and run as civilian trades support for the motor torpedo boat training base, HMS St Christopher.

Recently, the former residents of Annat have been telling their stories and sharing memories and their exhibition is now housed in the West Highland Museum until 15 August 2025.  Well worth a visit, as is the excellent West Highland Museum itself, most likely changed considerably since your last visit!
